Kanmo Circle program is a customer loyalty program offered by Kanmo Group to its Customers. Kanmo Circle's member can earn points by shopping in Kanmo Circle's participated brands , and redeem the points for the next shop through all the participated brands.

Kanmo Circle membership registration will require sharing Customer’s email address & mobile number. As your first step in our circle, get acquainted with our exclusive brands by shop up to RP 5.000.000 within a period of 12 months.

The list of participating brands are Mothercare, Early Learning Center, The Entertainer, Gingersnaps, Justice, The Children's Place, Momami, Wilio, Havaianas*, Kate Spade, Coach, Coach Restaurant, Stuart Weitzman, Porsche Design, Hugo Boss.

  • Birthday discount is applicable only on full-priced merchandise. Birthday discount for respective tiers are as follows: Inspire (10%), Infinite (15%) and Infinite+ (20%).
  • Birthday discount code will be issued on your registered mobile & email address 15 days before your birthday & will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Additional birthday surprise gift coupon code will be shared with the customer 15 days before his/her birthday & can be redeemed only once at any of our participating outlets (Mothercare, ELC, Justice, Gingersnaps, Havaianas and Wilio).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Kanmo Circle is a customer loyalty program offered by Kanmo Group to our customers.
  2. Kanmo Circle membership registration will require sharing customer’s personal data, such as name, email address, and mobile number.
  3. In case of any duplicate membership found with the same mobile number or email address, Kanmo Group reserves the right to merge those accounts.
  4. Brands who participate in Kanmo Circle are Mothercare, Early Learning Center, The Entertainer, Gingersnaps, Justice, The Children's Place, Momami, Wilio, Havaianas*, Kate Spade, Coach, Coach Restaurant, Stuart Weitzman, Porsche Design, Hugo Boss.

  1. All Tier upgrades will be on instant basis your last 12 months purchases.
  2. All Tier are valid for 12 months post which will be evaluated for tier retention or downgrade.
  3. Inspire, Infinite and Infinite+ customer will be sent an SMS and an email 30 days and 15 days before they are downgraded.
  4. To stay IN, shop up to IDR 5.000.000 within a period of 12 months.
  5. To stay INSPIRE, shop between IDR 5.000.000 - IDR 20.000.000 within a period of 12 months.
  6. To stay INFINITE, shop between IDR 20.000.000 - IDR 40.000.000 within a period of 12 months.
  7. To stay INFINITE+, shop above IDR 40.000.000 within a period of 12 months.

  1. Kanmo Circle Points can be earned or redeemed only on exclusive brands, or in other words brands participating in the program. (Not all Havaianas stores participate in this program)
  2. Kanmo Circle Points can be earned only on full priced items.
  3. Kanmo Circle Points for respective tier are as follows: In (2%), Inspire (5%), Infinite (10%) and Infinite+ (10%). Hugo Boss cashback points is 1% for all tiers.
  4. All points earned will be valid for 1 year from the date of your last purchase at any of the participating outlets.
  5. Kanmo Circle Points will be awarded only if membership identifier like email address or phone number is provided during the transaction & there will be no subsequent submission possible once the billing process has been completed.
  6. Points will not be earned on transactions involving points redemption.
  7. Expired points or vouchers cannot be reinstated to customer account.
  8. Rewards point or vouchers issued can only be redeemed in case of a working internet connection at store.
  9. Points redemption is now applicable for transactions on www.mothercare.co.id, www.elc.co.id, id.coach.com, www.katespade.co.id, colehaan.co.id.
  10. Points can be earned on all your full priced successful transactions on both offline store and online website.
  11. Points can also be earned from certain promotion with its own terms & conditions as bonus points, separate from Kanmo Circle general regulations.
  12. Points that are about to expire will be used first when customer redeem their points.
  13. Points will not be earned for transactions on online market place.

  1. Free home delivery only valid for tier Infinite and Infinite+.
  2. Free home delivery only applicable on the websites of www.mothercare.co.id, id.coach.com, www.katespade.co.id with minimum spending requirement.
  3. Free home delivery for respective tiers are as follows: customers in Infinite tier get maximum discount of IDR 25,000 on home delivery fee with minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000 and customers in Infinite+ tier get maximum discount of IDR 50,000 on home delivery fee with minimum purchase of IDR 500,000.
  4. Applicable for all areas in Indonesia.

  1. A valid proof of purchase need to be provided.
  2. Extended exchange for Kanmo Circle member are thirty (30) days since purchase for in-store purchase and online purchase via brand website.
  3. Exchange or extended exchange benefit is not applicable on Sale/ Discount above 30%.
  4. Returns or Extended returns will be accepted only if the product is unused & returned with original packaging/box along with product tag.
  5. Same item can be exchanged multiple times as long as within 30 days of original purchase.
  6. Manufacturing faults don't affect these conditions and exchanges should be processed for all faulty/ defective items as long as valid proof of purchase provided and comply with the brand warranty policy.

  1. Complimentary product care only valid for Coach & Kate Spade handbags and leather goods by showing an original receipt/e-receipt.
  2. Complimentary product repair & maintenance are valid for damaged hardware due to quality related manufacturing/factory defects. 
  3. Complimentary repair is valid only for hardware (zipper, buckles, turn-lock, magnetic closure, clasps, hardware logo), not valid for leather (peeling, discoloration, color transfer), and damages due to wear & tear.
  4. Infinite+ members can enjoy complimentary product care for 2 (two) years since purchase, while other tier members get complimentary product care for 1 (one) year since purchase.

  1. Tier welcome benefit only applicable for member with tier Infinite and Infinite+.
  2. Tier welcome benefit voucher code will be issued on your registered mobile & email address once your tier upgrades to Infinite or Infinite+ & will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  3. Welcome benefit voucher code can be redeemed at Mothercare, Early Learning Center, Gingersnaps, Justice, The Children's Place, Wilio, Havaianas*, Kate Spade, Coach, Coach Restaurant, Stuart Weitzman, Boss, stores with minimum purchase requirement and valid for full-priced items.
  4. Tier welcome benefit voucher for the respective tiers are as follows: Infinite members get voucher IDR 1,000,000 and Infinite+ members get voucher IDR 2,000,000 which can be use with minimum purchase IDR 5,000,000.

  1. Only residents of Indonesia & above 18 years of age are eligible to register for this program.
  2. Kanmo Circle is for individuals only & is not applicable for corporates and distributors/resellers.
  3. Kanmo Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Kanmo Circle Points at any time for any reason. Kanmo Circle Points is the property of Kanmo Group and will be deactivated automatically following the Kanmo Circle Points or membership termination.
  4. By registering with Kanmo Circle, customer agrees to allow Kanmo Group to communicate via mail, email, phone, text messages, WhatsApp and notification via mobile app or website. Kanmo Group may use these channels to communicate customer’s account status, notify member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special member promotions, information and offerings that Kanmo Group believes may be of interest to customer. Kanmo Group will protect customer’s data in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia.
  5. Customer should promptly notify Kanmo Group of any changes of personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155 or visiting us at any of our participating stores.
  6. Customer may terminate his/her membership at any time by calling Contact Center at 021-29181155.
  7. Kanmo Group reserves the right to withdraw any tier benefit/ program benefit or make alterations to existing benefits without prior intimation & the decision taken by Kanmo group will be final & binding upon all members.
  8. Kanmo Group reserves the rights to revoke any membership or forfeit any points on the account if any fraudulent/suspicious activity or misuse is observed on the account or if any account is not created as per the terms & conditions of the program.
  9. All decisions taken by Kanmo Group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Program or loyalty membership tiers will be final & binding on all members & Kanmo Group will in no way be responsible for any loss suffered by any member due to withdrawal or change in the Loyalty program or Tier benefits.
  10. All these terms & conditions constitute an agreement between customer and Kanmo Group with respect to the Kanmo Circle Points. By participating in the Kanmo Circle Points, customer agrees to these terms & conditions.
  11. Kanmo Circle reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Customer is responsible for keeping track of any update on the terms & conditions.
